Cat Clapping Studio turns an image you provide into a short AI-generated video. You choose a style, resolution and duration, and the service processes your request through third-party AI infrastructure.

AI output is probabilistic. We do not guarantee that a particular result will match your expectations or be suitable for a particular purpose.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to create an account or purchase credits. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your login credentials secure.

You keep ownership of the photo you upload. You give us a limited license to store, copy, transmit and process that photo only as needed to provide the service, including sharing it with AI and infrastructure providers.

You must have the right to upload and use the photo. Do not upload images that violate another person's privacy, intellectual property or other rights.

You may not use the service to create illegal, abusive, deceptive, non-consensual, hateful or infringing content; to impersonate a real person; to bypass safety systems; to attack the service; or to resell access without written permission.

Credit packs are one-time purchases processed by Stripe. Purchased credits do not expire. The studio displays the credit cost before a generation begins.

A generation consumes credits when the request is accepted by our AI provider. If a generation fails because of a technical error, we will return the credits to your account. Except where required by law, purchased credits are not otherwise refundable.

Subject to these terms and your rights in the source photo, you may use a completed video for personal and commercial content. You are responsible for disclosures, platform rules and any permissions required for your particular use.

We may change, suspend or discontinue parts of the service, including models, styles and resolutions. We aim to keep the service available but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation.

We may suspend or terminate access if you materially violate these terms, create risk for other users or service providers, or are required to do so by law. You may stop using the service at any time.

The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses. Our aggregate liability for a claim related to the service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.
