Account data: your name, email address, profile image and authentication provider.

Creation data: the cat photo you upload, your selected style, duration, resolution, generation status and the resulting video.

Transaction data: your Stripe customer identifier, purchased credit pack, amount, currency and payment status. We do not receive your full card number.

Technical data: IP address, browser information, cookies and basic usage events needed to secure and operate the service.

We use your information to authenticate you, generate and store your videos, apply credits, process payments, send service emails, prevent abuse, troubleshoot failures and improve the product.

We share only the data needed for a provider to perform its service. Providers may include fal.ai for image processing and video generation, Neon or our hosted PostgreSQL provider for data storage, Stripe for payments, Resend for email, OAuth providers for sign-in and analytics providers if configured.

These providers process data under their own terms and privacy policies. Data may be processed outside your country.

Source images uploaded to fal storage are configured to expire after one year unless a different retention period is required. Generation records and account data are retained while your account is active and as needed for fraud prevention, tax, accounting and legal obligations.

You may request deletion of your account. Some records may be retained where law requires it.

We use essential cookies for authentication and security. Optional analytics cookies help us understand aggregate usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings, although blocking essential cookies may prevent sign-in.

Depending on where you live, you may request access, correction, export or deletion of your personal data, or object to certain processing. Contact hello@cat-clapping.net and we will respond as required by applicable law.

We use access controls, encryption in transit and reputable infrastructure providers, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.

The service is not directed to children under 13 or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data.
