AI Content Safety

利用ポリシー

Last updated: October 20, 2026

各言語ページ間の法的実質を一致させるため、本ページでは同一の英語正文を統制版として使用します。

1. Scope

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") applies to all prompts, source photos, generated images and videos, reports and other content processed through Cat Clapping Studio. It is part of our Terms of Service and applies alongside our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy.

Cat Clapping Studio generates short AI videos from user-provided photos. The service is intended only for lawful, consensual and non-deceptive cat-clapping and handshake animations.

2. Prohibited content categories

The following six categories are prohibited without exception:

1. Sexual or NSFW content: pornography, explicit sexual material, sexualized animals, non-consensual intimate imagery, nudity generation, undressing, or any sexual content involving minors.

2. Violent or graphic content: graphic violence, gore, animal cruelty, encouragement of self-harm, terrorism, violent extremism or instructions for mass-casualty weapons.

3. Hate speech: content promoting hatred, dehumanization or violence based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, disability, sex, gender identity or sexual orientation.

4. Child-unsafe content: child sexual abuse material (CSAM), sexualization of minors, grooming, exploitation, abuse or any content that endangers a child.

5. Deepfakes and impersonation: face swaps, nudify or undress tools, intimate-scene synthesis, fabricated speech or actions attributed to a real person, impersonation of public figures, or false endorsements. Consent does not permit these prohibited deepfake features.

6. Copyright or trademark infringement: unauthorized use of protected characters, artwork, logos, brands, music, video, celebrity materials or other intellectual property.

We also prohibit fraud, scams, phishing, malware, privacy violations, unlawful products or services, evasion of safety controls, bulk spam and misleading claims that AI output is human-created.

3. Source-photo and likeness rules

In any mode containing a person, you may upload only a photo of yourself. You must not upload a photo of a friend, relative, stranger, celebrity, politician, public figure or any other person, even if that person gave permission.

The required self-photo attestation is recorded with each self-photo generation job. Falsely claiming that another person is you is a serious violation and may result in immediate suspension and reporting where appropriate.

The Cat Clapping service is not a face-swap, nudify, celebrity deepfake, political deepfake, fabricated-speech or general-purpose human deepfake product. We may remove any mode, prompt or upload that creates an unreasonable likeness or deception risk.

By uploading, you confirm that any person shown is you, that you are not a public figure or well-known individual, and that the intended generation does not violate this AUP.

4. AI model disclosure

The current Cat Clapping video model is Grok Imagine Video 1.5 by xAI, accessed through fal.ai using the model identifier xai/grok-imagine-video/v1.5/reference-to-video.

If we add or replace a generation model, the model name will be disclosed before it is offered, must be a mainstream model with safety controls, and must remain subject to the same AUP and safety filtering. Cat Clapping Studio uses its own brand and does not claim endorsement by xAI, fal.ai or any model provider.

5. Moderation and safety controls

Before generation, the service applies server-side rule-based prompt screening and the safety controls made available by the underlying model and infrastructure providers. Requests that indicate prohibited content are blocked or require review.

Media inputs and generated outputs are subject to the safety filtering, abuse controls and technical restrictions provided by our infrastructure and model providers. Users can report content that appears to bypass those controls, and we may remove content or suspend access while a report is reviewed.

We retain relevant generation records and moderation reports for safety, dispute resolution and legal compliance. We do not currently provide a public inspiration gallery; therefore generated content is not made public by Cat Clapping Studio through this service.

6. Reporting violations

Report prohibited content, impersonation, intellectual-property violations, privacy concerns or safety-control bypasses to hello@cat-clapping.net with the subject "Cat Clapping content report".

Include the account or generation identifier, a description of the concern and any supporting information. Reports are reviewed confidentially, and we may request additional information to verify identity or ownership.

Malicious, knowingly false or abusive reports may be recorded and may result in restrictions.

7. Response and enforcement

Critical reports involving child safety, terrorism or an imminent threat are prioritized and may be blocked immediately and reported to the appropriate authorities where required.

Other reports are triaged by severity. We may issue a warning, remove content, reset credits obtained through abuse, limit features, suspend an account temporarily, terminate access permanently, preserve evidence or refer the matter to law enforcement.

Response and resolution times depend on verification and legal requirements. We aim to acknowledge urgent safety reports within two hours and other reports within two business days.

8. Appeals

If you believe content or an account was restricted in error, email hello@cat-clapping.net with the subject "Cat Clapping moderation appeal" within 14 days after notification.

Include the account email, generation identifier, the action taken and the reason you believe it was incorrect. Where practicable, the appeal will be reviewed by someone who did not make the initial decision. We aim to complete appeals within 10 business days.

9. Cooperation with payment and platform partners

Cat Clapping Studio must comply with the acceptable-use, content, card-network and merchant-of-record requirements of its payment and infrastructure partners, including Waffo Pancake when used for payment processing.

We may share information with those partners when required for fraud prevention, transaction disputes, content-safety review or legal compliance, subject to our Privacy Policy.

10. Policy updates and contact

We may update this AUP as our models, features or legal obligations change. The revised policy will be posted at this URL with a new effective date. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
